What makes our company unique is that we're truly family-owned and operated. Serve & Savour is led by Brandon and Daniela Rojas, alongside Brandon's sister, Lola, and mother-in-law, Luisa. Together, we bring our individual talents to every event we serve.
Luisa, our Executive Chef, creates the globally inspired menus and handcrafted dishes that have become the heart of our brand. Lola leads our sales team, helping couples navigate the planning process with warmth and care. Daniela oversees operations, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Brandon manages the business behind the scenes—and proudly takes on whatever role is needed, from spreadsheets to setting tables.
