Thus, divine providence led to the creation of Serve and Savour, the premier family-owned catering company in North Texas, specializing in unforgettable Latin flavors and exceptional service for weddings and events.

Brandon, Daniela, Lola, and Luisa are the heart and soul behind Serve & Savour, a family-run business dedicated to delivering exceptional Latin cuisine. This talented team is composed of Brandon, the brother and husband; Daniela, the wife and daughter; Lola, the sister; and Luisa, the mom and mother-in-law. Their close-knit relationship and shared passion for hospitality are the driving forces behind their success.

Acclaimed for her culinary artistry and commitment to personally sourcing the finest ingredients, Luisa has been an ideal fixture in cultivating and preparing diverse haute cuisine on our globally-inspired menus.

Born in Venezuela, Luisa has let her love for family recipes blend into her enthusiasm for mastering versatile skills. No custom request is beyond her reach. We are forever inspired by her culinary reach and delighted guests reach out often to share this sentiment.

A prized feature at Serve & Savour, and the most beautiful woman Brandon has ever seen, would not be possible without the artful eye and fine-dining expertise of Daniela.

Dani wears many critical hats, from proposals and event management along with menu tastings to elevating the client experience as a treasured Catering Manager at every event. No matter the role, Dani ensures guests are left nothing short of fully satisfied.

Lola rojas

Lola has been an integral part of Serve & Savour from day one. As she brings her passion for creating magical moments to life, working closely with couples to turn their dreams into reality. Here she invests in the emotional significance of each event, ensuring that every client experiences a truly unforgettable celebration from the very beginning.

Before Serve & Savour, Lola's academic journey began at Baylor University, where she laid the foundation for her future endeavors with degrees in Environmental Science, Linguistics, and Creative Writing. Building on her education, she pursued graduate studies in Colombia, graduating in 2019 and shortly thereafter returned to Texas.

Beyond the world of weddings, Lola and her partner, James, live in Mckinney with their son, Rio. Her free time consists of obsessing over the latest novels, strategizing for fantasy football, or enjoying her 100th rewatch of Pride and Prejudice with a glass of wine.

With over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, Brandon has established a reputation for excellence and passion in serving others. As the General Manager and Co-Founder of [Serve & Savour, Brandon has channeled this passion into creating unforgettable culinary experiences that celebrate the rich flavors and vibrant culture of Latin cuisine.

A true family business, Serve & Savour is co-run by his best friend and wife, Daniela. Together, they bring their shared vision to life, ensuring that every event is not just catered, but cherished. Their two children, Lagos and Louis, are the joy of their lives, filling their free time with laughter and adventure.

Outside of work, Brandon is an avid music enthusiast, often found debating the latest Coachella headliners.

Amber is is a compassionate, results-driven, & research-oriented creative with over 10 years of experience dedicated to marketing, copywriting, brand development & creative direction.

She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in Arts and Technology and has worked in the wedding industry for 7 years.

In her free time, Amber adores spending time with her daughter, reading, making music and staying active.
